It’s time again for another Round the Office Roundup! This series will give you a sneak peek into the world of what’s going on at Digital Pacific. So, what’s been happening?
If you’re a regular reader of our Office Roundups, you may recall that last week we announced a memory increase for our Business shared hosting customers from 512mb up to 1GB.
The upgrades have continued over the past week and we’re now delighted to reveal that they have extended over to our Personal shared hosting customers too! As such, all Personal shared hosting customers are now enjoying 512mb – double the previous limit of 256mb. This increase should greatly assist customers using memory-hungry CMS systems such as WordPress and Joomla.
We also conducted our very own round of office Games, crowning Tech Support Tom as our table tennis champion, followed by our CFO James, and SysAdmin Mitch! Watch the video here.
Speaking of Mitch, he became a father on Friday! A huge congratulations from all of the team here and we hope he enjoys getting to know his new little mini-me over the coming weeks. We will try to ensure his entire desk doesn’t get tin-foiled before he gets back, but no guarantees.
The staff lunch this week was a healthy dose of burgers from Settlement on Quay. There wasn’t a single morsel leftover, so I think that speaks for itself as a review.
